RECAP

PART ONE

I am going to do these recaps differently than what is viewed during the showing.  The show skips through the time line and POVs of about five characters.  The first character's journey I will be going through will be Sean Walker's.

 SEAN WALKER

first three episodes

Sean Walker is a computer programmer who went on a cruise with his girlfriend, Leila. During the cruise he was going to propose to her but moments before he was about to, he heard a cry for help from a person who fell of a cliff and was drowning.  (the cruise ship was docked at an island.) Vicki was the person drowning and her boyfriend was yelling for someone to help because he couldn't jump into the treacherous water because he had a cast on his broken arm.  Sean saves her and the four of them hang out while the boat is docked.  They party through the night and get drunk.  In the morning they were suppose to go scuba diving with Vicki but Leila is hungover and doesn't want to go.  So only Vicki and Sean go because her boyfriend can't go because of his cast, of course.  He returns to the ship to find Leila not in her room and it's not even his room anymore.  There wasn't even any sign of him actually being on the ship.  

A couple days later, still in search of his girlfriend, he is on board of an airplane.  He notices something and knows that Michael, Leila's father is flying the plane (He just gave Sean his blessing to marry her before the cruise). Sean somehow knows that Michael is going to crash the plane into a press conference the President of the United States is having.  He tries to make Michael change his mind telling him that what ever "they" are giving you, you shouldn't listen to "them."  As the plane comes very close to crashing, the military planes go down due to some bizarre interference.  As the President, the secret service and more people are scrambling for their lives as they see the plane coming, the plane disappears into some worm hole.

The plane lands in Arizona and everyone survived.  They all rush out because the plane is on fire.  They are in the middle of a desert as they see a ton of helicopters coming towards them.  Michael knows something is up and tells Sean to run away.  Sean runs away as everyone thinks they are going to be rescued.  Sean then collapses from heatstroke and someone finds him and brings him to the hospital.  He then wakes up in the hospital and tries to tell the nurse and to call the cops.  She doesn't really believe him because she thinks he is still dillusional from the heatstroke but proceeds to call the cops anyway.  When she calls the cops they tell her that he is wanted for murder of Vicky's boyfriend who was on the cruise ship.  After the FBI comes and a little chase he is arrested.

The two FBI agents and Sean are then driving on a highway near where the plane landed.  There is a cop car acting as a road block and tells them they can not pass because of a chemical spill from an 18 wheeler.  Sean was already trying to explain them of the crash but the FBI agents still didn't believe him.  As they are turning around a RV crashes into them and killing the cop and the male FBI agent. Sean escapes the handcuffs and saves the female FBI agent and holds her hostage.  He then hacks her computer because he thinks Vicky is up to the disappearance of his girlfriend.   The female FBI agent wakes up and tells him that he can't connect to their information on wifi and he has to be in their network.  He then takes a shower while the she is still handcuffed to the bed.  She struggles but eventually reached her phone and calls for help.  Help arrives and when they check the shower he is gone.  They take her to the FBI office to explain what happened.

At the office they are still trying to figure out what happened and where Sean went.  Then she remebers what he told him and they find him.  They then realize he hid in their trunk so that he can access their network to find Vicky.  They catch him on her laptop and he found about six different alias for Vicky.  This is when the FBI agent starts to believe him and he is again in custody.  She then sees the TV and the news is reporting that the plain he was on landed in the rainforest of South America and no one survived. Two agents from Washington come to pick him up fairly quickly after that. She then goes into the questioning room where he is held but knows something is up.  She calls the Washington headquaters to make sure these agents are legit but gets disconnected.  The two agents realize that she is onto them and they start shooting.  It ends with one of the two bad agents dieing and the female FBI agent and Sean escaping into a car.
