The Walt Disney Co. has reached an agreement with Netflix Inc. that allows the rapidly growing subscription service to stream television shows from the ABC network, Disney Channel and ABC Family, signaling Netflix's growing clout as a distributor of programming over the Internet.

What I got from this is Netflix is continuing to get as many deals done to keep ahead of Hulu. Netflix just got a deal done with Universal NBC and they are striving to be the best movie and TV show service out there.  Now with the Disney deal done, you can watch the last season of Lost and new TV series episodes will air up to 15 days later.  Hulu has them the next day in some case but their movie selection is limited and now they are trying to force the Hulu Plus down your face and pay.
